Conformidade com a Lei
Todas as reproduções de armas de fogo para práticas recreativas (RAFPRs) vendidas pela Ryot LDA estão em conformidade com a Lei n.º 5/2006, de 23 de fevereiro, e todas as suas sucessivas alterações, incluindo a mais recente alteração pela Lei n.º 50/2019, de 24 de julho.

Requisitos para Compra
Para a compra dessas armas, é necessária a prova de associação à Associação Promotora de Desporto (APD). Não é aceito qualquer tipo de licença de uso e porte de arma como substituição da associação à APD para a compra de RAFPRs.

Características das Armas
As armas são vendidas de acordo com os requisitos estabelecidos pela lei. A pintura é realizada em amarelo fluorescente:

• Armas longas: A coronha é pintada por completo e 10 cm a contar da boca do cano.
• Armas curtas: O punho é pintado por completo e 5 cm a contar da boca do cano.

Potência e Garantia
A Ryot LDA vende as armas com a potência máxima estipulada por lei, 1,3J de potência. Qualquer alteração nos sistemas internos das RAFPRs, feita em nossas instalações ou fora delas, automaticamente invalida a garantia de fábrica.

Compliance with the Law
All reproductions of firearms for recreational practices (RAFPRs) sold by Ryot LDA comply with Law No. 5/2006, of February 23, and all its successive amendments, including the most recent amendment by Law No. 50/2019, of July 24.

Purchase Requirements
To purchase these firearms, proof of membership in the Sports Promotion Association (APD) is required. Any type of firearm license is not accepted as a substitute for APD membership for the purchase of RAFPRs.

Weapon Characteristics
The weapons are sold in accordance with the requirements established by law. The painting is done in fluorescent yellow:

• Long firearms: The stock is fully painted, and 10 cm from the muzzle.
• Short firearms: The grip is fully painted, and 5 cm from the muzzle.

Power and Warranty
Ryot LDA sells the weapons with the maximum power stipulated by law, 1.3J of power. Any alteration to the internal systems of the RAFPRs, whether made at our facilities or elsewhere, automatically voids the factory warranty.
